Black romance matters and audiobooks give readers like me the chance to take the Black romance with me on the go! When trying to find a good audiobook I search for certain narrators, their voices are always on point (scroll to the bottom I have a list).

Once I do a search using my list of narrators there is an abundance of great stories and materials that will keep you up all night, or on the road with a smile on your face.

And the great thing about audiobooks is you can listen to them anywhere, I listen to them on commutes home, while working, cooking, cleaning, you name it, I can plug in and listen to an entire book while completing almost any task. 

Here are a few audiobooks you should check out…

Blessed By Malakai (To Marry a Madden Book 1) by Sherelle Green

This was an excellent read and a fun audiobook. The story is about a guy blessed with a large piece of heaven and chased by women to get a bit of his blessing. Narrated by-Jacobi Diem and Mari

 

A Passionate Night (Arrington Family and Friends Book 1) by Candace Shaw

A love story as part of a compilation series with three writers. In this story, Harper Bennett was part-owner of a trendy night club with her brother. Her brother’s friend Hunter Arrington from the famous family of doctors set his sights on Harper, and the rest was history. Narrated by Leon Nixon

 

McClain Brothers (4 book series) by Alexandria House

The McClain Brothers four-book series focuses on four successful brothers named McClain and their only sister, and once you meet the first story, it will have you hooked on those guys like phonics. All books narrated by Jakobi Diem and Anenrele Ojo.

 

Inevitable Series by Christina C. Jones
