Sistah Girls I had the honor of speaking with Curtis Hill Jr. best known as s.P. The Writer!
As an artist who brings the literal definition of the silent poet to life as you’ve never seen before, Curtis has created an umbrella poetry entertainment company, S DOT P DOT PRODUCTIONS, that houses three productions including Body Of Work (erotic), In Other Words, and The Inkspired Experience.
During our recent interview, Curtis spoke about the beginning of The Inkspired Experience and what it was like convincing other poets to perform his work–something unheard of and frowned upon in the poetry community, and creating a red-carpet experience event in Raleigh, NC.
As a writer, Curtis also talks about his creative process of creating a show from poem to poet to live event.
