Sistah Girls, 2021 has been an eventful year, the world slowly started to open back up, people are traveling again,  and no one is fighting over toilet paper lol.

But before we pull the literary curtain on 2021, we wanted to drop a list of books you definitely should read before the ball drops.

Mercy by Love Belvin

Mercy is the first book in Love Belvin’s new Prism series, this tale follows a new male client, Jas. Not to give away too much of the story but this man loves to read, he has a past, and he’s getting a second chance to create a new start.

Technical by Alexandria House

Ms. House outdid herself with this book! Drayveon Walker was not what I was expecting. He was caring, protective and knew what he wanted in his life. He checked all my boxes for my new book bae. Who doesn’t want a man to check off all their boxes for their man?

My Name is Mary Magdalene by JC Miller

JC Miller’s new book touches on mental health, the lead character (Mary Magdalene) spends a big chunk of her life in a mental asylum. The story is a fictional spin on the biblical account of Mary Magdalene, we follow Mary in a contemporary time as she battles her own demons: Fear, Lust, Entitlement, Greed, Misery, Dependency, and Guilt.

Mistletoe Blues (Holiday Dare Book 1) by Bella Jay

The holidays are here and who doesn’t like a great holiday read? I know I do. This book is giving humor, family, love, and hot sex. Blue and Joie bringing the Christmas cheer.

Sno: A Christmas Angel by Kyeate

Sno-A-Christmas-Angel-by-Kyeate

We all want a Christmas Angel, and this book gives us just that. Love is precious and when you lose it, do you give up or take a second chance at it. What will you do when the Christmas Angel appears?

THE FORT (The Black Series Book 5) by Joan Vassar

The final book in the Black Series has arrived. Black and the people at The Fort’s freedom may be jeopardized. What happens when they band together and fight?

A Goon for Christmas by M. Monique

When it’s time to run the family business and you need a wife, do you ask the woman who won’t give you the time of day or do you propose an offer she can’t refuse? Will Ginger let Legend be hers?

Sistah Girls, these books will definitely keep you glued to your tablets until we ring in the new year. Wishing you all safe and happy holidays!
